I’ll be honest here – I’m more excited than ever as I’m writing the Small Business Deals: January 2026 Edition post.
Could it be because it’s a new year and that spells a new beginning?
Well, you could say that.
But I will say it’s more to do with I can finally move on to the next big thing now, thanks to the goals I achieved in 2025.
Yes, I admit nothing much is happening on the nonfiction front.
But at the very least, I’m glad that I’m making a lot of progress with the fiction side of things.
The release of the brand new edition of my Trigger Locked series, releasing a box set, and switching to WooCommerce for my online store.
So, expect to hear so many changes that I’m about to make moving forward.
Wondering what sort of changes I want to make in 2026? You can read my post about the plan for this year.
With that said, let’s have a look at the deals that you don’t want to miss in this month’s Small Business Deals: January 2026 Edition post.
Go beyond the usual payment gateway, like Stripe and PayPal, with Payhip
Hold on, why do I still mention Payhip when I’ve just switched to using WooCommerce for my online store?
If that’s what you have in mind, I’ve got you.
But don’t abandon Payhip just yet, only because I no longer use Payhip for my online store.
Okay, I won’t deny you can do so much more with WooCommerce than Payhip.
But nothing beats a simpler online store setup than Payhip.
And it’s even more so when they now integrate with more payment gateways beyond the usual PayPal and Stripe.
They now integrate with payment gateways like Flutterwave, PayU, RazorPay, Iyzico, Midtrans, Xendit, and Paytabs.
For Flutterwave, it’s a payment gateway for countries like Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Tanzania, and Cameroon.
As for PayU and RazorPay, it’s for India, Iyzico is for Turkey, Midtrans and Xendit are for Indonesia.
Apart from Indonesia, Xendit is also in countries like the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
And lastly, Paytabs is available in countries like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Jordan, Iraq, and Kuwait.
While it’s great that Payhip now offers this many integrations, what’s the whole point of having this many payment gateways, you ask?
Well, it’s good news for you if you’re selling your ebooks in the local market.
If you want something that is simple and has a low setup cost, then Payhip is the right solution for you.

Build new habits that last with Habit Notes from LSW London

We all want to build good habits that last.
But we also know that willpower alone isn’t enough to make those good habits stick forever.
If you want those good habits to stick for eternity, then you will need to have a system in place.
The good news is you can build those good habits that last using the system outlined in the book Your Best Year Ever.
But another way to go about it is to use something like Habit Notes Journal by LSW London.
Okay, some of you must be thinking, why do we need a journal for something like that?
Wouldn’t a notebook suffice for tracking the habit?
Well, you’re not wrong about that, since you don’t need to use anything fancy just for habit tracking.
But the thing about the Habit Notes Journal is that it’s more than just a fancy journal for habit tracking.
It has a prompt that allows you to reflect on what’s working and not working in building your new habits.
This is important not just for building habits, but it also helps you to identify the reason why those habits never seemed to last in the past.
Think this is what you need to start building those good habits and finally stick to them?
You can get the journal right here on the LSW London website:
